OUR DOCTORS

Eyecare technology is always changing. Our training and technology is up to date with the latest advances in glaucoma, vitamin therapy, supplements and surgical alternatives like Lasik and PRK. We are dedicated to our contact lens patients, exploring all new materials available to maximize your vision, comfort and overall eye health. We offer bifocal contact lenses as well as other options for patients with multifocal needs. Our doctors are among the most qualified practitioners in the contact lens division as they are clinical investigators for Ciba Vision. As investigators they test new contact lens materials and solutions keeping our practice on the forefront with the latest contact lens products.

Dr. Roy A. Kline is a graduate of SUNY Oswego and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. His specialties include children's vision, specialty contact lens fittings including bifocal contacts and keratoconic lenses, ocular disease, laser surgery consultations, and postoperative care. He is a clinical investigator and speaker for Ciba Vision on contact lenses, solutions and practice management. Dr. Carolee R. Boyd is a graduate of Hartwick College and The New England College of Optometry. Her specialties include family practice, specialty contact lens fittings including bifocal contacts and keratoconic lenses, ocular disease, laser surgery consultations, and postoperative care. She is a clinical investigator for Ciba Vision on contact lenses and solutions. Dr. Boyd is a member of the American Optometric Association, the NY State Optometric Association, and the Contact Lens Section of the American Optometric Association. Dr. Dawn S. Chivers is a graduate of Siena College and Southern California College of Optometry. She is one of the first providers in the region to participate in the InfantSEE program which offers free screenings to babies. One of the ways she provides the highest level of care is by staying on the cutting edge of technology for the optometric field.
